GENERAL LEGISLATION ON SOCIAL SERVICES OF ANDALUSIA

This volume of the collection of Andalusian legislation contains the most significant general Andalusian provisions that affect or regulate social services, with the hope that the set of selected provisions will be useful to the legal practitioners to whom it is intended: regulation, organization and management of social services, technical and economic benefits for assistance purposes, the regulation and approval of specific plans and programs aimed at people and groups in situations of social need and public institutions for the protection and guardianship of people in need of special protection, including the creation of aid, reintegration and rehabilitation centres.
