This text arises from the lack of monographic studies on the Government and Administration of the Junta de Andalucía since the approval of Law 6/1983, of June 21, together with the appearance of the Law of the Government and the Law of the Administration, the new Statute of Autonomy and the set of state and autonomous regulations that affected both areas. The text includes a detailed investigation of the subject with the aim of offering a useful and practical work that allows both scholars and different operators to understand the legal framework that governs both the Government and the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía.
