The practice of euthanasia has generated in the last decades an important social conflict in all areas: political, philosophical, ethical, religious, and especially legal. This study is about the new legal impact that the final approval of the current bill on euthanasia will imply, based on a comparative law approach, and establishing the main points of conflict that arise from the new regulation.
