Course Chronicle “The new regulation of audiovisuals”

Abstract

The meeting had its celebration fully justified after the approval of Law 7/2010, of March 31, General of Audiovisual Communication (LGCA), which specified in a single legislative provision a regulation until the moment dispersed in several legal bodies. In addition, the actuality of the subject was evidenced with the approval in the Council of Ministers of 20 of April 2012 of a Bill to modify it in relation to the modes of management of public audiovisual audiovisual communication services.
