Abstract

The work is structured in two parts. The first, dedicated to the study of the most controversial issues raised by the operating regime and mining resources through concession. Therefore, it does not deal with the mining operation system of the Sections A and B for which the legislator of Law 22/1973, of July 21 (LMi) requires authorization.

In the second part, Professor TOMÁS QUINTANA takes up the study of the environmental protection of extractive activities subject to mining concession, an issue that was already intensively dealt with more than twenty-five years ago in his work "The impact of mining activities on the environment . Legal treatment, (Montecorvo, 1987)".
