Abstract

The reviewed work studies the great topics of noise: the legal devices established in Law 37/2003, on Noise in relation to acoustic quality, the prevention and correction of environmental noise and the penalty regime; the different forms of legal protection against noise: constitutional, civil, criminal and labor protection. Finally, the noise in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, with special attention to the patrimonial responsibility of the Administration.
