Abstract

The main contribution of this work is the design of a methodological tool that can be implemented in any municipal context to evaluate the informative treatment of social media to the political-administrative management of the local government team. Also, the applicability of the results produced by this investigation in the administrative practice, and its methodological rigor and its great explanatory clarity.
