Study of its incidence in the content of the urban plans and agreements

Abstract

It is necessary at this time, to address the incidence analysis of the entry into force of the Law 13/2005 in its urban aspects. However, it should be noted that this study does not intend to make a global analysis of all aspects on which the reform of the LOUA (Urban Planning Law of Andalusia) operated by Law 13/2005 affects, but to address a specific reflection on the innovations of the LOUA that affect on planning and urban agreements.
