The appeal of unconstitutionality against the law of local administration reform

Abstract

Just the day after the Government Council authorized the filing of the appeal of unconstitutionality against Law 27/2013, of December 27, on rationalization and sustainability of the Local Administration, the Plenary Session of the Andalusian Parliament also approved the proposed agreement of filing the appeal against the aforementioned Law.

Being, as it is, one of the main points of tension and controversy raised in recent months between the party that supports the national government and the remaining political forces, it is not surprising that the processing of this initiative also generated an interesting and fierce debate within the Andalusian Chamber.
