Abstract

he work is the result of an interesting investigation on the institution of the Ombudsman and the Parliamentary Commissioners Autonomous that analyzes in its pages the constitutional foundations, legal, doctrinal, jurisprudential and praxis that justify the existence of these institutions. Some arguments that, debatable or not, are of special interest in the social, legal and economic context in which we find ourselves, especially marked by the recent suppression of some Commissioners due to reasons of public spending control.
