Economic considerations in relations with administrative concessionaire

Abstract

In the area of ??administrative concessions, disagreements between administrative concessionaire and the Public Administration generally arise in related to: the determination of the level of tariffs, their revision and variation, the maintenance of balance, the power to control the concession. The current  rules are clear, but bad habits have contributed to the administrative concessionaire victory in their approaches. The objective of this work is help the grantor to manage the conflict within the rules, with a direct ans simple application of the scope of its relevant articles, whose meaning, sometimes is ignored or veiled with grandiloquent but vacuous expressions. There is enough and affordable information to specify and apply expressions such as: normal profit margin, good and orderly administration, balance, constitutive factors of the tariff as a basis for future revisions.
