The X legislature has certified the end of a political system in Andalusia that, as in the great majority of the autonomous subsystems, was characterized by the bipartisan logic, and also semi-presidential, which until recently governed in Spanish parliamentarism at national level. Undoubtedly, despite the fact that this break with the bipartisan paradigm did not mean a change in the Andalusian government party, it has had a relevant impact on the parliamentary institutions of the autonomous community, having been, in this sense, circumstances so far unprecedented from the origin of Andalusian autonomy.
