Abstract

This work contributes to the complex task of integrating European law with the Spanish legal tradition; objective that achieves, not only by shedding light on the problems that revolve around the new concession configuration, but by the depth and clarity with which all the issues analyzed are elucidated. This gives a good sample of the knowledge and experience that the author has on the subject as analyzes the details of the service concession and its new configuration, paying special attention to the impact that the introduction of the operational risk criterion has caused.
