Abstract

This book deals precisely with the phenomenon of remunicipalization of public services and does so on the basis of a very specific premise: caution and concern about this phenomenon and, above all, about the consequences it may have for local entities. One of the main concerns of the author lies in what to do when we are faced with the early recovery of the management of the service, usually operated through the rescue of the corresponding concession. This is, undoubtedly, the guiding thread of the whole work
