REPORT: The promotion of the incorporation of social and environmental clauses in the contracts of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia

Abstract

In the Official Journal of the Government of Andalusia no. 230, of October 21, the Agreement of October 18, 2016, of the Governing Council is published, which promotes the incorporation of social and environmental clauses in the contracts of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The importance that has been acquired by the functionalization of public procurement towards the satisfaction of other public interest purposes justifies this brief overview of the Agreement.
