Abstract

The sentences of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) that we are going to comment have shown a forgotten reality consequence of the general stop in hiring of public employees . This is not other than precarious employment by public administrations of public workers, bypassing the legal limitations in terms of hiring in interim regime.
