ABSTRACT:

It is a work that combines general reflection and case analysis, on the subject of the "smart city", so much in vogue (which, among others, was the focus of the national congress of professors of Administrative Law in 2020), to which we have dedicated other reviews of works in previous issues of this same Journal. This is a subject, that of the "Law of the city" or the legal organization of the "smart city", which requires a multidisciplinary approach, or at least a multidisciplinary knowledge, in which technologies play a stellar role.
