Environmental Normative Policy of Andalusia 2091: Declaration of strategic interest for Andalusia of economic initiatives and environmental and territorial adequacy of illegal dwellings.

Abstract

The normative activity has been carried out by the two Decree- law no. 3/2019, of Urgent measures for the environmental and territorial adequacy of irregular buildings and no. 4/2019 Promotion of economic initiatives through streamlining and administrative simplification. On the horizon there is a pioneering initiative to simplify and codify the environmental regulations promoted by the European Union. In the organizational field by means of Decree of the President 2/2019, of 21 January, and on restructuring of Councils Environment is passed on to Organization from Land Use to Agriculture.
