Abstract

More than twenty years after the entry into force of the Law of Territorial Planning of Andalusia, it is necessary to take stock in legal perspective of the failures, mismatches and successes that have experienced the development of this matter. Thus, the work Perspectiva jurídica de la planificación territorial en la provincia de Huelva, offers an exhaustive analysis of the evolution of territorial plans in our community, with special reference to a province such as Huelva which, from its beginnings, has been a pioneer in the development of territorial planning and which is currently going through a key moment for the renewal and restructuring of its territorial model.
