Abstract

The Regulations of the Andalusian Parliament have been the object, with the support of all the parliamentary groups (except  VOX), of a reform whose meaning we can qualify as transcendental, as it advances, as we will see, an interpretation of the representative mandate and, specifically , of the relationship between the deputy and the political formation on whose lists he attended the elections, which intensifies the link between the representative office and the political party.
