REPORT: End of non-strategic environmental assessments of urban planning instruments: Decree-Law 31/2020

Abstract

The extraordinary BOJA (Official Gazette of Junta de Andalucia) number 85, of December 2, publishes the Decree-law 31/2020, of December 1, of extraordinary and urgent measures in the matter of strategic environmental assessment of certain urban planning instruments and to promote the implementation of emission absorption projects in Andalusia, as well as financial support to the entities that provide the residential care services, day and night center, and day center with occupational therapy for people in a situation of dependency, as a consequence of the situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
