The work we review here bears the stamp of an accredited poet, in his use of language; of a tormented moralist, a true intellectual, in his scholarly content: BAUMAN, BELL, DAHRENDORF, HABERMAS, KELSEN and so many other illustrious thinkers populate its pages, full of readings on Law, Political Philosophy or Sociology. Written During the pandemic, in harsh personal circumstances, it has a lot of relief: they are the reflections of someone desolate in front of the panorama of a "Right surrendered" and a "sleeping society", of someone who "drowns" before a reality that leads him to "disenchantment" (to him, not to the drugged society that he describes, although it is probably not lost on the author that, as always happens, his voice echoes many others).
