A discussion on the weighting of the vote for the approval of the Opinion in Commission

Abstract

Article 93.2 of the Regulations determines that “in the votes in the Committee, it will be understood that there is no tie when the equality of votes, being identical the direction in which all the Deputies of the Committee belonging to the same parliamentary Group would have voted, could be settled by weighting the number of seats that each Group has in the Plenary”.
