Abstract

One different valuable contribution of the recent reform of the Statute of Autonomy that should be noted, for the purposes of the present chronicle, is deepening and intensifying the relations of the Autonomous Community with the State, developing over the Title IX ("Institutional Relations of the Autonomous Community"). And more specifically, as far as we are concerned now, it is worth pointing out the recognition by the new Statute of certain participation capacity of the regional institutions in relation to the composition of state-owned bodies. Article 224 of the Statute titled"Participation in the processes of designation of constitutional bodies" - affirm this possibility of intervention with the following scope: "The Junta de Andalucía participates in the processes for the designation of constitutional bodies in the terms established by the laws or, as the case may be, the parliamentary order".
