REPORT: Approach to the new regulation of autonomous local entities of andalusia: characterization and elements

Abstract

The Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía number 86, of May 7, 2021, publishes Decree 156/2021, of May 4, which regulates the Autonomous Local Entities of Andalusia. The Decree develops the Law 5/2010, of June 11, on Andalusian Local Autonomy regarding autonomous local entities. On this occasion, the Andalusian governmen thas chosen to insert the regulatory standard into the Decree itself, instead of issuing a decree approving the regulation on the matter
