Abstract

This work analyzes regional planning as a public function from a legal point of view. That is the greatest investigative value of the work, since while urbanism in all its facets and perspectives has been the object of frequent  attention by the administrative doctrine, the planning of the territory has been very studied by geographers and economists, but not so much by jurists.
