Chronicle about the Hispano-German Seminary of Public Law "After the Treaty of Lisbon"

Abstract

On June 4th and 5th, 2008, a Spanish-German Public Law Seminar took place in Seville entitled "After the Treaty of Lisbon: Institutions, decision-making procedures and execution issues", organized thanks to the excellent academic relations of Professors Stern (Professor Emeritus of Public Law of the University of Cologne), Pérez Moreno (University of Seville), Jiménez-Blanco (University of Jaén) and Pielow (University of Bochum).
In these pages we try to recapitulate the main observations that were object of reflection during the presentations and debates.
