Abstract

This article analyzes the latest jurisprudence of the Supreme Court on the content of the right of access to public information, in view of the duty of confidentiality or secrecy, which as a limit to the exercise of that right, establishes Law 19/2013, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, in its articles 14.1 and 18. 1.b)
