Abstract

In this article it is analysed the right that the owners of rural land in Andalusian’s region have to use their land for the development of the agriculture practice and stockbreeding and the limitations to build, construct or set up facilities linked to these natural uses that are defined in town and country planning regulations. The issue is addressed from the urban guiding principle that allows the use of rural land, countryside, and the impact that on such principle have the new forms and methods in the development of such uses as a result of the modernisation and the technical progress.
