REPORT: The Plan for the improvement of economic regulation in Andalusia. Horizon-2024

Abstract

The Plan is structured in the following seven sections:
1) Introduction and general aspects.
2) Preparation, monitoring and governance of the Plan.
3) Strategic framework and reference context.
4) Diagnosis of regulatory quality in Spain and Andalusia.
5) Objectives of the Plan for the Improvement of Economic Regulation in Andalusia.
6) Lines of action: specific measures and actions.
7) Conclusions.

Three annexes complete the Plan:
- the first refers to the basic principles of efficient economic regulation;
- the second, to the initial inventory of procedures of the Plan to Improve Economic Regulation;
- and the third, to the catalog of procedures of the Regulation Improvement Plan.
