Abstract

This article aims to establish an approximation to the regulations and little jurisprudence on the legal protection of underwater cultural heritage, based on the analysis of a specific case in which an administrative sanction imposed on a "treasure hunter" company for carrying out prospecting was legally challenged. underwater in search of two wrecks without the mandatory administrative authorization.
