Autonomous non-legislative proposals and national policy

Abstract

Analysis of the non-legislative proposals presented during the XII legislature of the autonomous government of Andalusia, explaining  how the majority correspond to an issue that is not properly an autonomous issue or topic, and hence the unequivocal national key of the discussions in the Andalusian Parliament.
