The reform of public employment after the approval of the EBEP: Balance and perspectives

Abstract

The Basic Statute of 2007 (EBEP) was the result of a reflection and a deep analysis of the pre-existing situation and, very particularly, the consequences of the preceding reforms.The balance and perspectives after its application are reviewed in this article.
