The right to social-health assistance of legal age European citizens in Andalusia

Abstract

The exercise of this statutory and fundamental right and the access to social-health benefits for the elderly people that are nationals of the European Union presents some problems of enormous legal relevance that require a detailed study and analysis, which is the object main of this work.
