Abstract

There are five sentences delivered by the Spanish Supreme Court about the controversial subject which has been popularly called a subject of "education for citizenship", however, more properly we should refer to contentious-administrative appeals interposed in front of resolutions rejecting administrative requests of conscientious objection made by certain non-conforming parents with the system. All regarding the obligation of their children to take the subjects of "Education for citizenship and human rights" and "Education ethical-civic and Philosophy and citizenship".
