Hunting and its normative regime

Abstract

The present work examines the legal regime of hunting in Spain, the administrative competences, the regulation of the hunting activity itself, the surveillance regime as well as the infractions system,  with other aspects no less important as the obligatory public liability insurance or the protection of hunting.
