Abstract

The retirement of Professor ENTRENA CUESTA, Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona, ??led to the celebration, on November 15, 2002, of a Seminar on Administrative Justice in the Faculty of Law of the said University, which, under the chairmanship Professor Alejandro Nieto, counted with the participation of Professors Tornos Mas, Font and Llovet, Malaret and Garcia, Esteve Pardo, Moreno Perez, Baena del Alcázar, López Ramón, Baño León, Cassagne and Montoro Chiner.
This participants reviewed the problems and the fundamental questions raised around the jurisdictional control of the Public Administration, in the light of the "new" Law of July 13, 1998, is the origin of the volume that we have occasion to briefly review, published in the last quarter of last year 2003.
