Abstract

The present monograph associated with the Aranzadi Law Review Environmental has been made by a group of prestigious authors, disciples of D. Ramón Martín Mateo. The book deals with the most relevant issues related to the Law 16/2002, of July 1, on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution. A Law that can be considered the first Law general government on industrial pollution.
