The issue of funding

Abstract

The opening of the statutory reform process in different Autonomous Communities has revealed something that was already suspected before, namely, that, however relevant, such issues as enlargement of competences or regional participation in certain state organs, all matters are eclipsed at the same time when the statutory seat arises the issue of funding.
