Abstract

This work actually includes two different monographs, although they are connected to each other: the local regime and the police law. Tettinger offers a detailed vision of both sectors through a methodological approach that enriches the treatment and deserves the best of comments. Although this book is mainly about German law of the Länder (or, as we would say, autonomous), it nevertheless acquires a high doctrinal interest, first of all, for the whole of Germany, and secondly, for all Europe. In our doctrine there are outstanding studies that address local law.
