Spanish regulation on prevention and integrated control of pollution

Abstract

An exposition of the Spanish regulation on prevention and integrated control of the contamination that is consequence of the regulation on contamination and environment approved by the communitarian institutions. The new  regulation  system includes aspects like the authorization of integrated emission that supposes a remarkable evolution in the administrative and environmental ordering.
