Roberto Galán Vioque's book that we reviewed deals with one of the issues that constitute the axis of the discipline of Public Works Administrative Law. Its author has pondered the essential aspects of this figure starting with a creative approach to the concept of public works, point in which incorporates the legislative evolution since the mid-nineteenth century until the current Constitution. He studies the division of competencies on public works in the System of Public Administrations of the State of the Autonomous Communities, including a reference to the role of the European Union and the Local Corporations. Finally, face the current situation of the configuration of public works with careful analysis of economic liberalization and jurisdictional control with the alternative of arbitration. Concludes with the reasoned proposal of an Infrastructure Law.
