Abstract

The summary consists of four points. "The relationship between the constitutional reform and (the) statutory" is the first. In a second ppoint, the author descends to study, in a very critical way, the phenomenon of "The redefinition by the Statutes of Autonomy of the territorial redistribution of the power contemplated in the Constitution". The third part of the book is dedicated to discuss on "the autonomous participation in the European Union." Finally, the book closes with an Annex, brief but substantial, about "the Reform Project of the Valencian Community".
