For many years, corruption and, therefore, transparency and good governance, are issues that greatly concern society as a whole and of which institutions, both national and international, have echoed. Throughout this study we will examine the context of the current situation in which we are, after various international treaties, as well as national regulations, and analyze what still needs to be improved and in what aspects can be advanced to have a clear system and, above all, effective.
