The urban planning of historical sets

Abstract

The work does not analyze general questions of the Law of the Historical Heritage, but exclusively the urbanistic regime of the historical sets. A subject already treated extensively by the best specialists both in the study of the law of cultural heritage and urban law but wasneeding a new and updated exposure for two fundamental reasons: the approval in recent years of regional laws of Historical Heritage and also Land and Urban Planning that have regulated, sometimes in an uncoordinated way, the cultural spaces of cities; and, secondly, the displacement suffered by the State Law 16/1985, of June 25, of the Spanish Historical Heritage regarding to these new autonomic dispositions.
