Abstract

Comprehensive study of all procedural moments of the contentious-administrative process, to discover through this analysis those precepts of the Code of Civil Procedure that can fulfill this supplementary work and those others that are inapplicable despite the existence of regulatory silence in some of the aspects that compose the procedural moment in question, either because of the special nature of the conflict, or because of public interests that are in stake.
