Abstract

Decree 22/2007 regulates the aids that may be granted by the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, its autonomous bodies and companies within the scope of its competences, whose purpose is the protection of the environment in Andalusia and which are directed to projects that are perform in all areas of economic activity, except the agricultural sector (Article 1.1). The Decree repeals the previous one on the matter, on 23/2001, of February 13.
