Abstract

In compliance with the mandate contained in article 62.1 of the Organic Law 3/2007 for the effective equality of women and men, the Public Universities have articulated in their respective areas, protocols of action against sexual harassment or by reason of sex that are configured as the first mechanism of action against this type of acts. These instruments raise a series of technical-legal issues that have been the object of study in this work.
