The Andalucía Statute of Autonomy sections’ sole and definite review by the Lower House, as well as the subsequent referendum summon aimed to its popular ratification, is represented by the Statute itself during the stage of final processing under the 151 clause of Spanish Constitution. Therefore, the political agreements between UCD and PSOE will condition the drafting stage in the Spanish Parliament. Here, the last moments of political self–government achievement are reviewed within the context of important events for the democratic restoration process, taking into account the political parties’ agreements and disagreements around the sections of Andalucía Statute of Autonomy. A vital question to be dealt with, which updates when the Statute Reform process is coming to its end.
