Abstract

Law 5/2007, of June 26 (BOJA No. 131, of July 4) creates as public law entity the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage (IAPH). It is not an ex novo creation, because the IAHP already existed as service without legal personality created by Decree 107/1989, of May 16. The list of instrumental public entities is growing that, often without justification other than inertia of a tradition, are integrated into the structure of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía.
